1. Do you ship Internationally?

 Yes, it starts from SG$20. Add your desired items to cart and select 'International Delivery'. All shipping methods are trackable, for both local and international.

2. Where is your store based?
Our store is in Singapore.

3. When will you ship my order out?
We usually take 1 business day to process, pack and ship your order. After your order has shipped. Our system will send an shipment confirmation email with your tracking number in it.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Paypal.
For customers paying by Paypal – After clicking "Place Order" at the final step of checkout, you will be redirected to Paypal where you can choose to pay by credit card or from your existing paypal account.

5. Do you accept Bank transfers?
Yes, contact us directly at sales@frostjewel.com with your order.

6. How do I track my order?
To track your order simply head over to Singpost's registered article tracking page at http://www.singpost.com/index.php?quickTool=TrackItem#Quick and key in the tracking number provided to you via email. eg. RR672819092SG.

Tracking results can take 24 hours to update from the time of shipment. Please note that if you selected a shipping option that does not have tracking (such as Normal Mail), you will not see a tracking link in your order details.

7. Can I pick up my purchases in store?
All pick-up orders are ready for pick up by 2pm the following business day for orders placed and paid for by 11am SGT ( the day prior to pickup).
